Once full payment has been received and the funds have cleared, your item will be shipped immediately. USPS ground shipping usually takes 3-4 days within the Continental United States. Custom made and special items require 2 weeks delivery time. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Box addresses. Special shipping arrangements can be made upon request.. There is a $25.00 charge for express shipping.

We offer a no hassle 100% return policy on all of our items except items that have been sized, engraved, damaged or altered in anyway. No refund, exchange or credit can be given on custom made items. Items will only be accepted with all original documentation and materials in their original condition and with a proper approval code. International purchases are non-returnable. If you want to return an item purchased for any reason, simply notify us by phone within 5 (five) days of receiving the merchandise. If you wish to return an item you must get approval from MasicaDiamonds.com with the proper authorization code. All return items must be returned within 5 (five) days of approval. All items must be received in their original condition. Returns must be sent via USPS, insured by the shipper for the full value of the item with a return receipt requested.
